I am a wife, mom, business owner, podcaster, author in progress, and most importantly a community-builder.

For the last 15 years, I have continually found myself in roles of leadership with women — whether it be one-on-one sessions, intimate smaller groups, or leading rooms of hundreds. I am invigorated by creating spaces that empower women to be fully authentic in who they are made to be.

I have a heart to see women walk in freedom and in their God-given authority and identity — in their homes, their communities, and their businesses.

I dislike licorice and surface conversations. I love fall, coffee, being active, shopping, hanging with my family, and Jesus.
